I find that a good explanation does just fine for me in any language. This larger list of characters is to be mastered by the end of the ninth grade. There are hundreds of kokuji in existence. The current forms of the characters are very different from the originals, though their representations are more clear in oracle bone script and seal script.

The Japanese language had no written form at the time Chinese characters were introduced, and texts were written and read only in Chinese. I don't see why not. Learn more. Passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test is also required to attend Japanese universities—so there can be a lot of pressure to do well on this vital exam!
